EduINFrance Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1.
Confidentiality and Data Protection

EduINFrance handles all documents and personal data with utmost confidentiality. Your information is used solely for the intended purpose and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

2.
Scope of Services
EduINFrance offers various services including Admission support and Visa advisory services for international students seeking study opportunities abroad.

Our services include:

A globally respected degree.

Opportunities to obtain post-study work permits in France.

Access to opportunities across Europe through France’s strategic location and international network.

Note: University tuition fees and other institutional charges are not covered under the EduINFrance service fees.

3.
Admission Support and Eligibility

EduINFrance provides excellent application support and admission guidance but does not guarantee admission into any specific institution or tuition fee/deposit category.

Application to a public university for a Master’s program with an OND or HND qualification/Bachelor with a low CGPA, and age of above 30 years has an estimated acceptance rate of 50%.

Candidates are advised to take note of this before engaging our services. Note: Candidates with HND qualifications are often rejected by Public Schools (Private Schools have a higher acceptance rate for candidates with HND qualifications).

EduINFrance works with schools across different tuition categories but cannot promise specific categories in advance.

Admission outcomes depend on the academic profile, academic excellence/CGPA, qualification (e.g., BSc, HND, etc.), and interview performance of the candidate.

Before engaging in PhD service, all candidates are required to complete an Eligibility Check with EduINFrance. Candidates should ensure they have done the check before making payment or signing up for the PhD service.

4.
Payment Policy

EduINFrance service must be paid in FULL before any service is commenced.

5.
Refund and Continued Service Policy

Once service has commenced, no refund will be issued.

In the event of a visa denial, EduINFrance may, at its sole discretion, offer a continued service either at no cost or at a discounted service fee, depending on the individual circumstances, provided that the initial visa application guidance was carried out by EduINFrance.

Payments made are for professional expertise, guidance, consultation, time, and processing, and not for guaranteed outcomes. Visa decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant consular or immigration authorities.

For tuition refunds, any applicable institutional deductions are outside the control of EduINFrance and are therefore non-refundable by us. However, schools listed under the EduINFrance Private School Bronze Plan will give a refund of the tuition deposit in the event of a visa denial; however, the refund timeline is subject to the individual institution’s refund policy.

6.
PhD Applications and Document Integrity
PhD Applications

The EduINFrance PhD Support Plan is valid only for the intake or academic year for which the candidate initially engages the service.

Candidates should ensure they have completed the EduINFrance Eligibility check before making payment or signing up for our service.

Where a continued service is required for a subsequent intake, EduINFrance may, at its discretion, offer Admission Support only either at no cost or at a discounted fee.

PhD admission is highly dependent on the candidate’s profile, including academic excellence, quality of research background/research topic, and relevant work experience.

Final admission decisions are made solely by the university’s admissions and academic committees and not by EduINFrance.

7.
Service Agreement Validity

The engagement agreement for all EduINFrance service plans is valid for one year only. (Excluding these plans: Consultation only, PhD eligibility check, and Visa Reapplication Assessment and Evaluation plans, which are valid for a one-time session with the Senior Advisor because of a change in the candidate’s situation)

Note: To renew the engagement with the EduINFrance service, a new sign-up must be done

8.
Document Authenticity

EduINFrance maintains a zero-tolerance policy for document falsification. Any attempt to submit false, forged, or manipulated documents will result in:

Immediate termination of services.

No refund.

Potential legal action under the laws and regulations of the country of destination.

9.

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.

Cooperate throughout all stages of the admission and visa process.

Submit only authentic and verifiable documents.

Do not share EduINFrance’s proprietary materials, internal processes, templates, or resources with third parties.
