CONSULTATION SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate

Provides an expert advice to the candidate on the appropriate academic plan

Review candidate’s CV and/or Cover letter

Review candidate’s visa eligibility
-
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, EduINFrance CANNOT share any information relating to candidate’s personal details with a 3rd party
-
Please read the Terms and Conditions attached. This agreement is also to the T&C
The Candidate is expected:

To provide authentic and original/accurate information to EduINFrance
-
The candidate MUST NOT use FAKE ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS
-
To apply to schools directly by him or herself OR use EduINFrance service to secure admission at an additional cost
-
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, the candidate CANNOT share any
information relating to EduINFrance Support process with a 3rd party
The sign-off is also for the T&C and the sign-off date is the commencement date of the
service
BRONZE SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate

Guides the candidate through the application process for schools from category 1, 2 or 3 that
provides programs which aligns with the candidate’s choice or passion in line with his/her
previous education or work experience.
Categories of Initial Deposit-Private School
Category 1- 3,000 euros
Category 2- 3,500 euros
Category 3- 4,000-6,500 euros
Note: The Admission intake/session and the available application window determines the initial
deposit category school’s availability

Coach the candidate for the interview for excellence performance to obtain the admission

Provide Smooth Visa Application Guidance

As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, EduINFrance CANNOT share any information relating to candidate’s personal details with a 3rd party

The Candidate is expected:

To submit an application to the school(s) upon receipt of the application details

To Prepare extensively for the school or schools’ interview. The candidate must read the
Interview Guide provided by EduINFrance and perform excellently at the interview in
order to qualify for the available scholarship

To pay the initial deposit communicated by the school. The candidate may pay the total
tuition fees to the school to serve as a visa booster
-
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, the candidate CANNOT share any
information relating to EduINFrance Support process with a 3rd party
The sign-off is also for the T&C and the sign-off date is the commencement date of the
service
SILVER SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate
Categories of Public University in France
Category 1- Tuition of 250 euros
Category 2- Tuition ranges from 3,800 euros- 5500 euros
Category 3- Tution ranges from 5500-7500 euros

Search for public school(s) from category 1, 2 or 3 that provides programs which aligns with
the candidate’s choice or passion in line with his/her previous education or work experience.
HND Degree is NOT well accepted for this plan

Guides the candidate through the application process for schools from category 1, 2 or 3 that
provides programs which aligns with the candidate’s choice or passion in line with his/her previous
education or work experience

Coach the candidate for the interview for excellence performance to obtain admission
-
Provide Smooth Visa Guidance

PREMIUM SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate

Guides the candidate through the application process for schools from category 1, 2 or 3 that
provides programs which aligns with the candidate’s choice or passion in line with his/her
previous education or work experience
Categories of Initial Deposit-Private School
Category 1- 3,000 euros
Category 2- 3,500 euros
Category 3- 4,000-6,500 euros
Note:
The Admission intake/session and the available application window determine the initial
deposit category school’s availability

Provide smooth arrival and pick up service if in Montpellier OR smooth Integration support service
The Candidate is expected:

To provide accurate and authentic documents for the application for admission and visa application

To Prepare extensively for the school or schools’ interview. The candidate must read the
Interview Guide provided by EduINFrance and perform excellently at the interview in
order to qualify for the available scholarship.

PHD ADMISSION AND VISA SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate

Search for schools for a fully-funded PHD program (duration of 4 years) which aligns with
the candidate’s choice or passion in line with his/her previous education or work experience
-
Guide the candidate on the Research Proposal which is a requirement for admission
-
Provide the application details to the candidate
-
Coach the candidate for the interview for excellence performance
-
Provide visa application support and guidance so that the candidate is issued a visa
-
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, EduINFrance CANNOT share any information relating to
candidate’s personal details with a 3rd party
The Candidate is expected:

To submit an application to the school(s) upon receipt of the application details

To engage the program professor(s)

To Prepare extensively for the school or schools’ interview. The candidate must follow the
guidance provided by EduINFrance and prepare excellent and perform well at the
interview in order to qualify for the full-funding

As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, the candidate CANNOT share any
information relating to EduINFrance Support process with a 3rd party

VISA APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate

To sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share the personal information or any information
relating with the candidate's visa application process with a 3rd party
-
Please read the EduINFrance Terms and Conditions. This indicates agreement to the T&C
-
Review application on the Campus France portal and Visa form portal and submit on behalf of the candidate and effect all corrections where necessary
-
Provide the Visa application document checklist and inform the candidates the mandatory documents to add or remove from his /her application.

EduINFrance coach the candidate on providing the right documents to obtain visa
-
Provide Campus France Interview Guide and coach the candidate for excellence for the Campus France visa interview
The Candidate is expected:

To sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share any information relating to EduINFrace intellectual
properties e.g documents or EduINFrance Visa Application process guide with a 3rd party
-
To create an account on Campus France portal and create an application (same for the Visa form)
-
To give your login details to EduINFrance for review of the Campus France application
-
To search for an accomodation and provide a proper document of a real apartment for visa application
if not subscribing to EduINFrance accommodation support
-
To provide other documents in the visa application checklist as advised by EduINFrance for visa application
-
To pay Campus France booking fee, France visa fee and TLS submission fee
-
Do a travel insurance and flight itinerary
-
Book and pay for Flight Ticket upon visa issuance (including local transport e.g. bus, train to city of study)
Note: This sign-off is also for the T&C and the sign-off date is the commencement date of the service.
VISA RE-APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
The Candidate is expected:

To sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share any information relating to EduINFrace
intellectual properties e.g documents or EduINFrance Visa Application process guide with a
3rd party
-
To share the previous denial history in detail and VISA DENIAL document(s) with EduINFrance to conduct the assessment and analysis.

To provide give complete and honest information to EduINFrance
-
Provide the Visa application document checklist and inform the candidates the mandatory documents to add or remove from his /her application.
-
EduINFrance coach the candidate on providing the right documents to obtain visa
-
To pay the Assessment fee first before the payment of the Visa Re-application support fee.
The Assessment fee will be deducted from the Visa Re-application support fee.
Note: Visa Re-application Assessment is either a 70-100% good to proceed or a 50%
risky, If risky, EduINFrance will discontinue service and advice professionally on the
next step(s)

To create an account on Campus France portal or may proceed to TLS without a new Campus France
interview. (This depends on the situation) and create a new visa application form
-
To give your login details to EduINFrance for review of the Campus France application
-
To search for an accomodation and provide a proper document of a real apartment for visa re-application
EXCEPT you subscribed to EduINFrance Accomodation support

To provide other documents in the visa application checklist as advised by EduINFrance for visa reapplication
-
To pay Campus France booking fee, France visa fee and TLS submission fee
-
Do a travel insurance and flight itinerary
-
Book and pay for Flight Ticket upon visa issuance (including local transport e.g. bus, train to city of study)
EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the Consultation and
Assessment support service fee to the candidate
-
To sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share the candidate’s personal information or
any information relating with the candidate’s visa application process with a 3rd party
-
Provide the Assessment or Analysis Report to the candidate BEFORE service is commenced or
discontinued depending on the available information the candidate has provided and the Situation Analysis
-
EduINFrance will NOT proceed with the Visa Re-application process if the ASSESSMENT result indicates RISKY
-
To search for an accomodation and provide a proper document of a real apartment for visa application
if not subscribing to EduINFrance accommodation support
-
EduINFrance will however proceed (with no refund) ONLY if the candidate insists to go ahead
with the visa re-application
-
Review candidate’s application on the Campus France portal and Visa form portal and submit
on behalf of the candidate and effect all corrections where necessary
-
Do a travel insurance and flight itinerary
-
Provide the Visa application document checklist and inform the candidates the mandatory
documents to add or remove from his /her application.

ADMISSION SUPPORT SERVICE ONLY AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate

To sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share the candidate’s personal information or
any information relating with the candidate’s visa application process with a 3rd party.

Guides the candidate through the application process for schools from category 1, 2 or 3 that provides programs
which aligns with the candidate’s choice or passion in line with his/her previous education or work experience

Coach the candidate for an excellent admission interview.

EduINFrance ensures the candidates gets an admission offer
Note: HND degree is not well accepted for a public university admission
The Candidate is expected:

To pay the initial deposit or tuition fee as communicated by the school.
ACCOMODATION SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate
-
Search for an accommodation within the reasonable rent budget of the city. A reasonable
monthly rent budget for a student in France is 500-750 euros-Outside Paris and 750-950 euros
– In Paris.
Provide an accommodation that is eligible for government allowance (CAF)
Provide accommodation based on candidate’s choice e.g shared or studio.

Visit or Inspect the apartment and engage the landlord/property manager
(Note: Visit or Inspection could be virtual or physical)
-
EduINFance ensures the keys are handed over to the candidate by the landlord or property manager
-
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, EduINFrance CANNOT share any information
relating to candidate’s personal details for accommodation with a 3rd party.
The Candidate is expected:
-
To pay the 1st month fees to the landlord/property manager within the time-frame stated by the
landlord/property owner in order to secure the apartment and issued the Rent Contract The first
month fees are Rent + Deposit+ Guarantee+ Insurance depending on the landlord/property owner
(Guarantee is mandatory, candidate must subscribe to either VISALE or GARANTME or STUDAPART Guarantee).

Respect all the apartment rules as stated in the Rent Contract.

To pay monthly rents to the landlord

EduINFrance Arrival and Pick Up Service

Arrival Support + meal on arrival (offered only in Montpellier).

African food delivery service- (a meal per day for number of days can requested)-
offered only in Montpellier
Arrival Support+ meal on arrival refers to pick up transport service on arrival
to residence and African dish on arrival from the list below. It covers
transport and One meal ONLY+ water and juice
African Delicacy delivery (for 1 week or just weekends)- If you want to subscribe to a
one-week or more food delivery, this is at a different rate. Select food for the list below.
