PhD Pre-Engagement Eligibility Check is mandatory and must be
carried out by EduINFrance to ascertain if the candidate’s profile
qualifies for a PhD program BEFORE the candidate pays the PhD
service fee and signs up.
What EduINFrance will do during the Eligibility Check:
Assess the candidate’s eligibility for a PhD program.
Conduct an interview to understand the candidate’s motivation for
pursuing a PhD
Review the candidate’s CV to evaluate academic background
and/or relevant work experience suitability for a PhD program.
Provide honest and complete information to EduINFrance for
proper assessment.
Candidate Responsibilities
Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and agree not to share
any EduINFrance intellectual property, documents, or internal
processes with third parties.
Provide an accurate, complete, and unfalsified academic
background and work experience in detail with EduINFrance to
conduct the eligibility check.
Ensure all required documents (e.g., transcripts, certificates,
CV) are available and valid, and start the application.
Provide honest and complete information to EduINFrance for
proper assessment.
Eligibility Outcome
Following the assessment, the outcome will be either:
Eligible to proceed with PhD service, OR.
Recommended to pursue a Master’s program instead.
This decision is based solely on the candidate’s academic profile,
motivation, and supporting documents provided.
EduINFrance Responsibilities
EduINFrance agrees to:
Sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share the
candidate’s personal information or any information relating to the
candidate with a 3rd party.
Provide Eligibility Check Feedback to the candidate BEFORE
PhD service is commenced or cancelled, depending on the
candidate’s eligibility assessment and available information the
candidate has provided.
Note: The sign-off date is the commencement date of the
EduINFrance service.
PHD SERVICE AGREEMENT
The service will only be commenced AFTER the eligibility check has been done and indicated GOOD
TO PROCEED This service is for admission only (except the candidate subscribes to additional Visa
Application support)
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate
Search for schools for a fully-funded PhD program (duration of 4 years) which aligns with
the candidate’s choice or passion in line with his/her previous education or work experience
Guide the candidate on the Research Proposal which is a requirement for admission
Coordinate the application process and apply for the candidate via the application link. PhD
admission is highly dependent on the candidate’s profile, including academic excellence, quality of
research background/research topic and relevant work experience .Some schools state that GRE/GMAT is a mandatory requirement .
If the School(s) insist the application must be submitted by email, then the candidate’s direct
email must be used. In this case, EduINFrance coordinates the process, reviews all the
documents, and send to the candidate to submit.
Coach the candidate for excellent performance where necessary (Note - Some schools do not request
to interview candidates for PhD admission )
Provide visa application support and guidance (IF the candidate paid for the Admission and
Visa Application guidance together as a plan OR subscribed separately ) so that the candidate
is guided for the visa application process also
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, EduINFrance CANNOT share any information relating to
candidate’s personal details with a 3rd party
The Candidate is expected:

VISA RE-APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
The Candidate is expected:
To sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share any information relating to EduINFrace
intellectual properties e.g documents or EduINFrance Visa Application process guide with a
3rd party
To share the previous denial history in detail and VISA DENIAL document(s) with EduINFrance to conduct the assessment and analysis.
To give complete and honest information to EduINFrance
To pay the Assessment fee first before the payment of the Visa Re-application support fee.
The Assessment fee will be deducted from the Visa Re-application support fee.
Note: Visa Re-application Assessment is either a 70-100% good to proceed or a 50%
risky, If risky, EduINFrance will discontinue service and advice professionally on the
next step(s)
To create an account on Campus France portal or may proceed to TLS without a new Campus France
interview. (This depends on the situation) and create a new visa application form
To give your login details to EduINFrance for review of the Campus France application
To search for an accomodation and provide a proper document of a real apartment for visa re-application

if not subscribing to EduINFrance accommodation support
EduINFrance will however proceed (with no refund) ONLY if the candidate insists to go ahead
with the visa re-application

ACCOMODATION SUPPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
I, EduINFrance will offer the following services upon receipt of full payment of the support service
fee to the candidate
Search for an accommodation within the reasonable rent budget of the city. A reasonable
monthly rent budget for a student in France is 500-750 euros-Outside Paris and 750-950 euros
– In Paris.
Provide an accommodation that is eligible for government allowance (CAF)
Provide accommodation based on candidate’s choice e.g shared or studio.
Visit or Inspect the apartment and engage the landlord/property manager
(Note: Visit or Inspection could be virtual or physical)
EduINFance ensures the keys are handed over to the candidate by the landlord or property manager
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, EduINFrance CANNOT share any information
relating to candidate’s personal details for accommodation with a 3rd party.
The Candidate is expected:
To pay the 1st month fees to the landlord/property manager within the time-frame stated by the
landlord/property owner in order to secure the apartment and issued the Rent Contract The first
month fees are Rent + Deposit+ Guarantee+ Insurance depending on the landlord/property owner
(Guarantee is mandatory, candidate must subscribe to either VISALE or GARANTME or STUDAPART Guarantee).
Respect all the apartment rules as stated in the Rent Contract.
To pay monthly rents to the landlord

(Note: Physical visit and inspection is done for apartments in Montpellier and its environs, however the
visit/inspection may be virtual if the apartment is NOT within Montpellier and its environs)
Do an inventory check in the apartment to ascertain the available inventory
EduINFance ensures the keys are handed over to the candidate by the landlord or property
manager
IF the candidate wants EduINFrance to review the housing contract, this service attracts an
additional token This must be agreed and paid for, so that EduINFrance can also review
the rent contract
Upon confirmed booking and payment by the candidate, the landlord/property manager is expected to
send the rent contract
EduINFrance reviews the rent contract so the candidate is not at any disadvantage as stated in the France
rent laws
As stated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement and signed, EduINFrance CANNOT share any
information relating to candidate’s personal details for accommodation with a 3rd party
The Candidate is expected:
To pay the 1st month fees to the landlord/property manager within the time-frame stated by the

The Candidate is expected:
To sign Non-Disclosure Agreement and CANNOT share any information relating to
EduINFrace intellectual properties e.g documents or EduINFrance Visa Application process
guide with a 3rd party.
To create an account on Campus France portal and create an application (same for the Visa form)
To give your login details to EduINFrance for review of the Campus France application
To search for an accommodation and provide a proper document of a real apartment or
accommodation certificate for visa application purpose if not subscribing to
EduINFrance accommodation search support
To provide other documents in the visa application checklist as advised by EduINFrance
and Campus France for visa application
To pay Campus France booking fee, France visa fee and TLS submission fee.
Do a travel insurance and flight itinerary.
Book and pay for Flight Ticket upon visa issuance (including local transport e.g. bus, train to
city of study)
